Design Development
What happens:
- Refine the selected concept
- Create a site Plan with with setback, City Services locations
- Coordinate structure, layout, and key electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems
- Prepare the design for real-world construction

- More detailed plans
- 3D Visualization to immerse in the design.
- Better cost predictability
- Fewer surprises later
- Time to make changes
Construction Documents
- Production of a full Drawing set for Permit submission
- Align with State and local jurisdiction codes and requirements
- Incorporate, Title 24 Energy Reports (by others), and Cal Green Requirement
- Coordinate with consultants. (structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, etc..)
Permitting Support
- Assist with plan submissions
- Respond to city comments
- Update drawings as required for Permitting Approval.
